I definitely think you should sell the fleeces, so if I don’t win one here, I can have the consolation prize of buying one!

Of course I’m interested in a Lands’ End fleece. I very much do enjoy small craft advisor. It’s a great publication for me a fan of small boats, a rower, a sailor and part-time adventure when time allows. I’ll bet that fleece could keep me nice and warm around the campfire.

I never seem to win anything but I certainly endorse SCA offering the fleeces for sale to admirers.

The seal on the kayak photo is a terrifying start to a Halloween story. Imagine that’s your Angus Row Cruiser and you’re asleep in the cabin…

I would love to be included in the running for a fleece, those look amazing and would match my SCA hat!

I would love a SCA fleece in X-LARGE. The only clothing I wear with logos relate to boats, especially small boats.

Please add my name to your fleece sweepstakes, I like the color. XL

You need to offer them for sale, I'd buy one.

Yes please on the fleece, especially the mediums!

Yes you should sell these fleece shirts! Would love to have a large if luck comes my way. I loved the pictures of the dogs on the boats. It is such a heart warming experience when they join us on the water. And the H28 is gorgeous! Thanks ... love your publication and posts.

When designing the sail plan for the Whitehall, I decided to modify another sail I had built. It was originally built as a spritsail but I decided to simplify by having the sailmaker lengthen the hoist and use the excess material from the peak to fill in the space to make the sail squareheaded with a slight peak to the sail. The only other mod required was to add a batten in order to keep the sail extended. We also added a couple of grommets so I could fly my personal ensign--A first US Navy jack.

Of course sell them! Only . . . grey - really? Can we have something a little more colorful? How about a bright fire engine red? Or mid-blue? Or white, even?

Angela I agree - but how about red lettering on a beige or cream color (so I can spill my coffee on it and maybe not show)? Also on the back, Barry Long's Artwork ?! same as the back of the TSCA T-shirts. YES

And - I can see where Josh wouldn't want to have a million colors in stock - that would cost a fortune!

It would be better to go to redbubble.com or zazzle.com and upload the designs to shirts or hoodies or whatevers, and have zero inventory! That way ppl could order from there and he wouldn't even have to deal with it.

Good ideas! (Do you really spill your coffee that often? LOL!)

And yes, add artwork!

I have to say I'm so sick of blah colors - remember the 60s when we had glorious colors on EVERYthing? We've turned into blah birdies - tan, grey, brown, beige - ugh. I guess being an artist I'm more attuned to color, but good grief - go to the market or just out on the street and everyone is in black or grey - so depressing!

With regard to colors, five years ago I would have suggested you take a long trip and stay at only TRU by Hilton. Every wall had six wild colors on it. When I asked the manager (after telling her I'm more of a Colonial Williamsburg guy) "whats up with all this?" she said, "it's even worse in the rooms!" Seems like it might have been right up you alley - or - you could have redirected their asperations?

They have toned it down some since then but it was wild.

OMG it sounds like visual torture! I'd have taken one look and retreated! I love color, yes, but splashing it around helter skelter like that? I'd have asked what's up, as well!
