Beautiful job on a well thought out sprit. Nice work.

BTW seems like our vessel is housed in your living or play room. Way to go !

As a teenager, kept my motorcycle in my bedroom but my Potter is simply too large :-)

Super! What an elegant solution.

The Norse Boat is such a beauty. I wish these were more affordable, but I am happy with my West Wight Potter 19, which I purchased used for a price I could afford.

I like it! I hope to be building a Reuel Parker Terrapin 21 in the near future and I have been pondering how to include anchor handling and storage with that design's bow sprit. Your idea has given me bad thoughts on how to handle it.

Thank you

I copied the pictures for future reference. Going to downsize at some point and don't know if it will be the Scamp or Norseboat that will stay, but I like this idea for the Norseboat if it is the keeper.

This is a nice, elegant solution. It has all of the needed ingredients: chain roller, anchor chain locker nearby, and, best of all, a snubbing line.
