Jack L. was a prior owner of D. Herman's Sun Cat 17 ('Muddy Duck'). Jack now sails another Sun Cat 17 ('Spaniel') but has changed to lateen rigging. There's a story to be told of the advantages of a lateen rig when sailing solo as a senior (7+ decades). A photo of 'Spaniel' has been sent to josh.
