Thanks for keeping good books going around. After acquiring a 1951 wooden Lightning with a rotten hull, my co-owner and I rebuilt it last winter. For me, getting the boat on the water has been the prize. I'd pass this book on to my friend, now attending boatbuilding school.
Nearly done with my build, two and a half years in. But you never know, I could build another. Just not while working full time as a cabinet maker. That about killed me :)
I can’t wait to retire and start exploring the waterways of the northwest
Looks great! I'd love it.
The boat pictured on the cover comes with the book to the lucky winner, correct?? I better start making room in my garage!
Hahaha, I was wondering the same.😃
I’d love to read it - c’mon snake eyes! 🤞🏼🤞🏼
Books are always a wonderful thing.
Thanks for the giveaway!
Looks like it would be most valuable. Love learning from others' experience!
Me too
This book would be an interesting read.
Yes, I can use all the 'Tricks of the Trade' I can muster....please enter my name. Thanks, Bill Rutherford
Saw this in the library .... looks very good
I can review it! Skills beyond what I've built so far.
I am starting my first build this winter. Pick me, please!

What a stunning work of ART. I would love to learn the skills to make a vessel with that traditional lapstrake hull.
