Thanks Mat, another good vid. The spirit 1.0 evo has been working well with my Montgomery 17. Battery stays in the lazarette, connected to the motor with a cable. Makes for a lightweight 20lb motor on the transom. Looking to pick up an Elite for a smaller boat of mine.
That motor seems pretty solid for such a small package! We have a Navy 6.0 EVO and love it, but we’re looking for a smaller motor for a dinghy. This might be on top of the list!
You keep referring to cavitation, when you are probably seeing ventilation, not cavitation (there is a difference).
