On the topic of Boarding Ladders, Ida Little shared this photos of hers hanging from her Cape Dory Typhoon.
“This is more of a mountain than a stack,” writes reader Dave Weglicki, “The Cleveland Amateur Boat Building and Boating Society (CABBS) has a workshop on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio. The group was founded in 1967. The workshop is fully equipped with every power tool and hand tool you can imagine and has multiple boat building and repair projects going on constantly. The workshop has a library which has recently come under my care. Members can borrow the books to research their projects or just take out a book for a good read. We just finished up an inventory and determined that our ‘stack’ includes 646 books, complete print sets of WoodenBoat, Boat Design Quarterly, Small Craft Advisor and an archive of 60 small boat plans. Learn more about CABBS at cabbs.org.”
Speaking of Stacks, here’s one from Erik Johnson, who writes, “Here is my stack. I’m stranded high-and-dry here in Colorado – but always dreaming and reading!”
Small Boat Through France? Small Boat to Elsinore? Inshore Craft of Norway? So many small-boat specific titles we’ve not seen!
Reader Norm Neiderer wrote: “I just sold my Drascombe Lugger, and bought me an old man's boat, a Nonsuch 22 for my 79th birthday. I really enjoy the articles in SCA.”

I love those Nonsuch, I would consider one if I had the option.
I would like to get in touch with Ida Little .... I need a ladder for my Cape Dory Typhoon. Can anyone help?
