As no similar stove is commercially available in New Zealand, Down Under we have to take a typical Kiwi approach to solving issues.
Here is the description of how I made a fully gimbaled cooker using an old aluminum pot, a Kovea Scout Gas Stove, and various bits of hardware. It can be permanently mounted or made detachable using an alloy bar with countersunk machine screws threaded through the bar and a couple of wing nuts.
For preference I use old alloy pressure cookers as they are of heavier construction, have an aesthetically pleasing shape, and can be obtained for very little money.
* Information is for use with a Kovea Scout Stove but could be easily adapted for other cookers.
